What will I receive after purchasing?

You will receive an instant digital download containing embroidery font files in the following formats: ART, PES, EXP, DST, HUS, JEF, VP3, VIP, XXX, and .BX (for use with Embrilliance software). No physical item will be shipped.

Which embroidery machines are compatible?

Our fonts are compatible with most major embroidery machines, including Brother, Janome, Bernina, Singer, Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, Baby Lock, and many more. If your machine reads any of the formats listed above, you're good to go!

How do I use the .BX file?

The .BX file is designed for use with Embrilliance software. It allows you to type text directly as a keyboard font, rather than placing individual letters one by one — making it much faster and easier to create monograms and text designs.

Can I use these fonts for commercial purposes?

Yes! You are welcome to embroider and sell finished physical products made with our fonts. However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the original digital files in any form.

How do I download my files after purchase?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time from your order confirmation page. If you have trouble downloading, please contact us and we will assist you within 24 hours.

What if my files are corrupted or won't open?

Please reach out to us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will troubleshoot with you or resend your files promptly — usually within 24 hours.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once files have been downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us before leaving a review — we're happy to help!
